While perianal condylomata is a common entity, the complication of invasive carcinoma is quite unusual. This videotape demonstrates the technique of wide excision and grafting by means of bilateral advancement flaps. By careful attention to adequacy of margins and the avoidance of tension on the suture lines, primary healing can be anticipated.
