This videotape demonstrates a left lung transplant for pulmonary fibrosis. The procedure includes mobilization of the omentum, which is brought into the chest as a pedicle, and wrapped around the bronchial anastomosis on completion of the implantation. Also demonstrated is the preparation of the donor lung for implantation.
