A 23 year old woman presented with local recurrence and bilateral metastases 6 years after previous local resection of a spindle and round cell sacroma of the distal clavicle. Subsequently, a complete resection of the recurrent shoulder mass was undertaken. CT and MRI revealed a large left lower lobe mass. A two-stage operation for left atrial and bilateral pulmonary metastatic biphasic sarcoma is demonstrated.
