This video shows the case of a 62 year-old female who self-referred to the University of Chicago after a positive stress test led to a coronary angiogram which showed severe triple vessel disease. She was found to have significant multifocal right coronary and left anterior descending artery disease as well a complete total occlusion of her left circumflex with reconstitution of the second obtuse marginal branch. She was deemed a good candidate for robotic endoscopic coronary revascularization with possible hybrid percutaneous coronary intervention to the right coronary. In this video we demonstrate our approach to totally endoscopic three-vessel coronary artery revascularization.
