A 17 year old female sustained a caustic esophageal lye injury. Despite one year of dilatations she developed a long esophageal stricture and feeding intolerance. The video demonstrates the esophageal resection, gastric conduit creation and pull-up, utilizing a combined thoracoscopic and laparoscopic approach. A cervical esophagogastric anastomosis was completed
