Aortic root reconstruction poses unique challenges to the surgeon. The case presented is to demonstrate that these complex reconstructions, as in this patient with combined aortic stenosis & insufficiency valve pathologies, ascending aortic aneurysm, and an unusual left Sinus of Valsalva aneurysm, can be readily repaired with routine root reconstruction techniques.
