A 26 year old female patient complained of massive intractable chyloperitoneum with pleural effusion due to lymphangiomatosis of the mesenterium. Surgical treatment included catheterization of the cysts and sclerotherapy with Doxycyclin. Two additional injections were required postoperatively, using a percutaneous catheter. After three years, the patient remains well.
