A 7 year old by from Thailand presented with a mediastinal mass. A chest radiograph revealed the mass to be in the posterior medi-astinum and CT scan confirmed the likely diagnosis of a bron-chogenic cyst. He was taken to the operating room where the mass was excised thoracoscopically. Specific points to be em-phasized in this video include placement of the ports, dissection of the mass and removal of the mass from the thoracic cavity.
