This video illustrates, through diagnostic (esophagograms and angiograms) and endoscopic studies, the appearance of vascular compression of the trachea in infants. Three patients are presented with the diagnoses: pulmonary vascular sling; innominate artery compression; and double aortic arch. These congenital vascular anomalies cause airway, not cardiac problems.
