This video shows treatment of lung cancer at the first TNM stage.Complete anatomic and surgical mapping of right and left lymphnodal stations as well as the most crucial steps of surgical operations with loco-regional and mediastinal lymphadenectomy are demonstrated. Images shown are drawn from an experience of 125 major pulmonary resections out of 800 videothoracoscopic procedures.
