This video demonstrates a technique for correcting glottic insufficiency due to vocal cord paralysis or loss of vocal cord tissue. Injection laryngoplasty using autogenous fat harvested by liposuction results in medialization and augmentation of the vocal cord producing a smooth contour of the membranous cord.
