Improvements in video endoscopic equipment and growing enthusiasm with minimally invasive surgical techniques have encouraged the authors to employ thoracoscopic methods to approach many intrathoracic problems. This video illustrates our recent successes with the thoracoscope of an early stage thymoma and a benign posterior mediastinal neurogenic tumor.
