Sleeve pneumonectomy is an operation associated with significant morbidity and mortality; however, it may be of benefit in selected patients. The patient presented underwent resection for a Stage III-a bronchogenic carcinoma involving the right tracheo-bronchial angle following chemotherapy with partial response.
