This video production presents the operation of upper thoracic sympathectomy for primary palmar hyperhidrosis using a modification of the supraclavicular approach described by Telford in 1935. The use of a camera with an attached telescope has enabled us to film close-up views of the dissection of the upper thoracic chain.
