The recent emergence of improvements in laparoscopic instrumentation and techniques has allowed expanded usage of this procedure in the thoracic cavity. We demonstrate the suture ligation of pleural blebs and an electrocautery pleurodesis in a 22 year old white male with a recurrent pneumothorax, via a modified thoracoscopic technique.
