This video displays five different methods in which occlusive disease of the innominate artery is surgically treated. These include aorto-innominate bypass resection and graft replacement; endarterectomy with re-implantation; aorto-bicarotid graft; and endarterectomy with patch graft. The surgical lesions are well exhibited and the various surgical maneuvers to correct the condition are demonstrated.
