Conservation surgery for glottic cancer is defined as surgical removal of glottic malignant neoplasms with preservation of deglutition, respiration and phonation. This video demonstrates our technique of glottic reconstruction following vertical partial laryngectomy. Using readily available local cervical fascia flaps and thyroid perichondrium to create both lining and bulk, wide resection of tumor may be accomplished while preserving anatomic arrangement and function.
