Conduit reconstruction of the proximal root with hypoplasia of the left ventricular outflow tract is a surgical challenge. This tape demonstrates the technique of aortoventriculoplasty using the patient's own pulmonary artery and valve as the replacement conduit. Homograft aorta replaces the pulmonary artery. Preoperative and postoperative echocardiograms are included.
