Laryngotracheo-esophageal cleft is a rare anomaly in children, associated with a high mortality. A six-month-old boy had a successful repair of a cleft, following repair of esophageal atresia as a newborn. Radiologic and endoscopic diagnostic studies and detailed surgical techniques will be shown.
