Successful internal mammary artery grafting requires careful dissection, preparation, and anastomoses. This video demonstrates dissection and preparation of the internal mammary artery. End-to-side, side-to-side anastomoses, and Y-grafting are shown in detail. Securing the mammary to the epicardium and ensuring proper length in preventing twisting, are highlighted in the technique.
