This program depicts the removal of a primary bronchogenic carcinoma in a 59 year old male who had a two-year history of a left chest wall mass which progressively increased in size and pain. The video will concentrate on the technique of en bloc chest wall resection for bronchogenic carcinoma extending into the chest wall and the reconstruction of this large defect with prolene mesh.
