Experience has shown that laparoscopy allows, in a short time, the easy identification of the major vascular structures for a dissection even more precise than traditional surgery. At the present time, we believe that cases of extra-serosal spread or large tumors should be excluded, as well as those where there is direct invasion into adjacent organs.
