This educational video shows an approach to Vertical Banded Gastroplasty (VBG) revision to Gastric Bypass using the robot. The patient was a 65 year old female with a history of weight regain years after her VBG and found to have a gastrogastric fistula on endoscopy. She had undergone preoperative assessment and was deemed appropriate for a revision to gastric bypass. This video shows the advantages of robot and techniques on gastric pouch formation from a previous VBG.
