An 11 cm gallstone-related pseudocyst was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy and cystgastrostomy through five ports. Following anterior gastrostomy, a cystgastrostomy was created with a linear cutting stapler, and the gastrostomy was closed using the stapler. The length of hospital stay was one day, and the patient was asymptomatic after three months.
