Vagotomy and pyloroplasty is a successful procedure for severe ulcer disease with symptoms of gastric outlet obstruction. Laparoscopic vagotomy has been well described. Laparoscopic pyloroplasty is a technique requiring advanced laparoscopic skills. This video describes the Jaboulay and Heineke-Mikulicz pyloroplasties and how to perform them laparoscopically.
