Live donor liver transplantation (LDLT) using right lobe grafts in adults is a surgical innovation introduced in 1998. Better preoperative imaging using 3-dimentional renderings and modifications in both donor and recipient procedures have expanded the application of this life saving procedure. This video demonstrates the Lahey Clinic technique for LDLT.
