A 49 year old woman presented with persistent right upper quadrant pain secondary to papillary stenosis. Using the DaVinci surgical robot, we performed a minimally invasive end to side choledochoduodenostomy in a straightforward fashion. On five month follow up, the patient remains pain free and the anastomosis is functioning flawlessly.
