Clinical presentation, natural history, and indications for operation in giant hepatic hemangioma is discussed. We present a young woman with a 9 cm lesion with characteristic CT findings. We then show ennucleation of this lesion with clear demonstrations of the ennucleation plane. We conclude with gross and microscopic pathology.
