A 35 year old female patient was referred to us with jaundice and septicemia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. At operation, the right lobe of the liver was necrotic, and the left hepatic duct was obstructed by a clip. A right liver resection with a Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy on the left hepatic duct was performed.
