This video shows the surgical anatomy of the caudate lobe by means of three-dimensional computerized imaging. The caudate lobe has an independent vascularization originating from both right and left main glissonian pedicles; the latter are predominant. This video presents an isolated caudate lobe resection for liver cell adenoma.
