This video summarizes a ten-year experience with 97 cases of "giant" liver hemangiomas. Twenty-nine patients underwent a resection, and one patient, with the liver entirely replaced and in significant distress, was transplanted. In the remaining 67 cases no treatment was indicated. This video shows a major hepatectomy, a wedge resection, and a transplantation for hemangioma.
