This videotape demonstrates eight of these, together with techniques to overcome them: division of adhesions; empyema of the gallbladder; "dropped" stones; the "ungrabable" gallbladder; porcelain gallbladder; "locked" clip applier; long cystic duct; and, the unyielding liver.
