The technique of laparoscopic cholecystectomy using KTP laser as a cutting and coagulating tool and hemoclips to secure the cystic artery and duct will be demonstrated. Backup techniques using electrocautery or the laser and pretied suture material for the hemoclips will also be shown. An operative cholangiogram will be demonstrated as well as the authors' selective indications.
