The patient suffered a lesion of the common hepatic duct during the course of a cholecystectomy, treated by means of a hepatico-jejunostomy. Episodes of jaundice and cholangitis required three different operations performed. The treatment consists in resection of the anastomosis, wide opening of both hepatic ducts after dissection, and double hepaticojejunostomy.
