The first segment of the program demonstrates exposure of the common hepatic duct and the development of a side-to-side choledochojejunostomy in the subcutaneous tissue of the anterior abdominal wall. The second segment demonstrates accessing the bile ducts through the subcutaneously placed segment of the choledochojejunostomy and balloon dilation of numerous bile duct strictures.
