A 25-year-old female presented with complaints of a swelling over the right side of her neck for the past 2 years. She had no complaints of pain or compressive symptoms. Examination revealed a 4 × 4 cm firm mass over the right lobe of the thyroid gland that moved with deglutition. Ultrasound neck done revealed a solitary nodule over the right lobe of the thyroid. FNAB showed features suggestive of a colloid adenoma. She was scheduled to undergo transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA). Final histopath showed Papillary Thyroid CA, hence patient underwent a second thyroidectomy (completion) again via TOETVA.
