Endoscopic submucosal dissection is an advanced technique that enables removal of suspicious colorectal lesions. Applying surgical resection principles is difficult due to instrumental differences. The Dilumen platform uses a distal balloon to stabilize the operative area. We present a case of balloon-assisted resection using this platform. The patient is a 60-year-old male, diagnosed with a 45 mm sigmoid colon lesion located at 24th centimeter. Endoscopic submucosal dissection was carried out using balloon-assisted resection. After the lesion is removed, four endoscopic hemoclips were applied, and the patient was discharged on the same day without any post-procedural complications.
