The case is 37 year old female with re-recurrent rectal prolapse. Despite previous posterior, ventral and resection rectopexies, her prolapse recurred. After optimization of her medical and pelvic floor conditions, a re-do laparoscopic ventral rectopexy with permanent mesh was performed. After 14 months, her bowel function is optimal and there is no evidence of recurrent prolapse.
