PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

In the case of non-Institutional accounts, this subscription entitles the buyer, access to the subscription for one year, unless otherwise contracted. Unless otherwise specified, the subscription is for your personal and non-commercial use. There is a 350 login per week maximum for IP Restricted Institutional accounts. Cine-Med will notify the account administrator if the limit is reached. Cine-Med reserves the right to limit access to Institutions who exceed this maximum. Cine-Med reserves the right to limit access by non-Institutional accounts for excessive logins or usage. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from the subscription.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Cine-Med immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Cine-Med will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge. In addition, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Cine-Med or another party due to someone else using your account.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of this service, you will not use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Cine-Med server, or the network(s) connected to any Cine-Med server or interfere with the use and enjoyment of any service offered by Cine-Med by any other party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Cine-Med server or to any of the service.
Accounts may not be used by anyone other than authorized users of the account.
Cine-Med may disable your account without warning if unlawful or prohibited use has occurred or is suspected. If your account is disabled you forfeit your rights to the account and will not be credited with a refund for your subscription.
