The recent Covid pandemic has clearly demonstrated the impact obesity has in overall health. Furthermore, strategies to contain the risk of infection have exacerbated the obesity and metabolic syndrome epidemic. This thought provoking conference combines a well coordinated healthy dinner with world class speakers that will discuss topics ranging from optimal diet, state of drug therapy, why obese individuals had a higher mortality with Covid, what we can do to live longer and although obesity rates are higher in females, they live longer. Obesity, PCOS, Post menopausal weight gain and role in cancer will be discussed.
