IMPORTANT: Those wishing to participate in the Recorded offering of the NCS Virtual Meeting should only view and claim credit for presentations that were not already viewed as part of the live meeting (September 23rd - 25th). Reports will be generated detailing individual presentations / sessions viewed. Claiming credit for the same education, regardless of format, is prohibited.

This form is independent of the live credit tracking form. Users are required to create a new account to access the recorded presentations. Once you have claimed credit for all the presentations / sessions viewed, there is an overall evaluation to complete before you receive your continuing education certificate.
