An 81 year-old female with ypT3aN0M0R0 high grade urothelial carcinoma of bladder status-post neoadjuvant chemotherapy and pelvic exoneration with ileal conduit urinary diversion 5 years ago. She has no evidence of metastatic disease. She developed worsening of renal function and on evaluation was found to have stomal stenosis. Here we present a robotic-assisted approach to revision of an ideal conduit with stomal stenosis.
