In this video we describe a novel, robotic circumferential bladder neck reconstruction for a recalcitrant bladder neck contracture occurring after robotic prostatectomy after failure of endoscopic management (repeated direct visualization internal urethrotomy/transurethral incision of the bladder neck). To our knowledge, this is the first described case of circumferential approach for robotic reconstruction for post-prostatectomy bladder neck contracture. This technique uses an approach, robotic port placement, sutures, and catheters that are familiar to urologists who routinely perform robotic prostatectomy. At 1 year follow-up, our patient is doing well with no stress urinary incontinence and an open bladder neck and normal voiding pattern.
