We present the case of a 32 week gestational age female who underwent TEF repair on day 3 of life and subsequently developed severe oral aversion due to GERD. At 3 months post-gestational age she underwent a successful laparoscopic repair of a small hiatal hernia, Thal fundoplication, and gastrostomy tube. Continuous feeds were begun the night of surgery and goal bolus feeds were reached by post-operative (POD) 2. She was discharged home on POD 5. At the 2 month follow up visit her GERD symptoms were resolved and her acid suppression therapy had been discontinued. She tolerate oral and gastric feeds every two hours during the day with nighttime continuous feeds.
