Our video presentation is of a 3-month-old boy with obstructive jaundice. His work-up was significant for choledocholithiasis, with a stone in the distal common bile duct. The patient underwent an ERCP, but the obstructing stone could not be cleared. The video highlights some key principles and techniques in minimally invasive biliary surgery in newborns.
