A 68-year-old gentleman who presented with a 5-year history of distal bile duct polyp and obstructive jaundice. He underwent multiple ERCP procedures which failed to relieve his obstructive symptoms. Bile duct brushings showed low-grade dysplasia and atypical cells. In this video, we demonstrate the organized and efficient surgical steps and technical aspects to perform a safe laparoscopic whipple procedure.
