We demonstrate a robotic assisted laparoscopic Heller myotomy with Toupet fundoplication in a patient who presents with several months of dysphagia, nausea, vomiting and solid food intolerance. The patient was evaluated preoperatively with EGD and high resolution manometry with demonstration of type II achalasia. She was taken for elective robotic assisted laparoscopic Heller myotomy. We outline the steps and rationale in our technique with performance of robotic assisted Heller myotomy as well as subsequent Toupet fundoplication. The patient had expected post operative course with improvement in symptoms when see in follow up. Diagnostic imaging provided.
