A 36 year old gentleman presented with a swelling in the Umbilicus. History of swelling gradually increasing in size, associated with pain on and off. Swelling is not reducible now and is painful when reduction attempted. Not a smoker, No other co-morbidities. Bowel and bladder habits normal. No surgeries in the past. On examination: BMI - 29P/A - Swelling of size 3x3 cms, irreducibleUSG - 3x2 cms defect with Omentum as contents. Final Diagnosis: Umbilical Hernia
