Patient Safety: Meeting the Goals in 2010
This continuing education program is designed for nurses and other healthcare professionals interested in minimizing risk for the most common types of medical errors that can compromise patient safety.

Goal 8: Accurately and completely reconcile medications across the continuum of care universal protocol
Note: goal numbering reflects JCAHO's numbering system - some goals are either retired or not applicable to this care setting)
